Delete your account
You can delete your Redup account and personal data at any time. There are two ways to do it.
In the app (recommended)
- Mobile app: open Profile → Delete account → confirm.
- Web app: go to Settings → Delete account → confirm.
By email
If you can't access the app, email support@redup.my from the address on your account and we will delete it within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your login and account (name, email, profile photo).
- Your member profile details in every community (name, email, phone, emergency contact).
- Your device push-notification tokens.
- Any pending community join requests.
What is retained (anonymised)
Content you submitted to a community — such as complaints, comments, and work-order history — is kept as part of that community's operational records, but it is anonymised: your name is replaced with “Deleted user” and your contact details are removed. This preserves the community's history without keeping your personal data.
