Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Redup web application and mobile app (the “Service”), operated by Ibudata Solution (“Redup”, “we”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Access to a community is controlled by that community's management committee.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Break the law or infringe others' rights.
• Upload harmful, abusive, or unlawful content.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service.
• Misuse other residents' or visitors' personal data obtained through the Service.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you submit (complaints, photos, comments). You grant Redup a licence to host and process it to operate the Service for your community. You are responsible for the content you upload.

4. Subscriptions & billing

Some features require a paid plan purchased by the community's committee. Fees, billing cycles, and renewals are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe and/or CHIP. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable.

5. Service availability

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.

6. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time (see the account deletion page). We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Redup is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Disputes are subject to the courts of Malaysia.
